The Langholm Open |

August
2008 saw the 23rd running of the
Langholm Amateur
Open Tournament. This
event, open to all amateur golfers with a handicap,
has become the most important event in the golfing calendar for local
golfers. This
years competition attracted over 100 entrants,
from as far afield as Newcastleton,
Hawick, Gala and Glasgow who all competed in a stableford format over 18
holes. Congratulations
to this years winner, Ronnie Johnstone!
